a richly aromatic nose bursting with notes of peach, nectarines and citrus in conjunction with cashew nut, brioche and toast present from yeast and oak derived complexities. these elements follow onto the palate which is redolent with the flavours of ripe tone fruits,  ruby red grapefruits, cherry oak and the nutty bready elements obtained from ageing the wine on yeast lees, the fruit flavours are quite rich and mouth filling, but are balanced by the tight acid structure, which is seamlessly integrated with the fruit flavours and oak tannins providing  a long lingering and satisfying finish
